God reminds us many times throughout the Bible to remember Him. Not only does the Bible tell us stories of how God redeems His people, but it's very powerful to remember what God has done in our lives personally. 

This is a powerful journal for you to write down what God has done and will do in your life. When you're facing challenges in life draw on the Bible and your personal memories of what God has done for you. God also instructs us to pass down these stories to our children. This is your heirloom.
